U7 goalie in Youth Development Goalie Camp

Youth Development

Suitable for beginners or U7-U11 recreational goalies.

The Youth Development program is where strength is built to enable our students to progress onto higher levels of play.

Advanced Development

Advanced

Suitable for U11, U13 competitive goalies & U15 recreational goalies.

The Advanced Program has been specifically designed to enhance the goalie's overall growth, development, and knowledge of the position.

Elite

Suitable for competitive U13- U18.

In the Elite Program we will bypass all the basic elements that should have been covered in the earlier stages of the Gold in the Net programming.

Pro Development

Pro Development

Suitable for highly motivated competitive U15 – U18, Junior & College.

Designed for extremely motivated and driven individuals with strong work ethics that are consumed with improving their game.

Tanner Jaillet

Former Professional Goalie
Master Instructor
Former pro goalie Tanner, a University of Denver alum, achieved a National Championship and won the NCAA top goalie award. As a two-time All-American, he collaborated extensively with Gold in the Net founder Perry Ederbroom. Since 2005, he has been a GITN student and is now mentored by Perry to develop future programs. With abundant playing knowledge, Tanner provides valuable guidance to our students both on and off the ice.

DR. Katie Schertzer, ND, DC

Dr. Katie started with GITN in 2003 and was a recipient of the GITN Educational Bursary Award in 2008. Born and raised in Vancouver, Dr. Katie is a primary care Doctor of Chiropractic and Naturopathic Medicine with an extensive background in athletics, sports science, rehabilitation, nutrition, and holistic health care.

Starting her post-secondary education with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from the University of British Columbia, she then went on to complete a Masters of Science in Sports Medicine, and Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States, later followed by a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.

Katie has coached peewee to major junior hockey and continues to play hockey herself. Dr. Katie is a certified GITN instructor and is also involved in program development and customized off ice training. Her education, along with her athletic and personal experiences, bring an invaluable addition to the Gold in the Net team.
