Since 2005, he has been a GITN student and is now mentored by Perry to develop future programs. With abundant playing knowledge, Tanner provides valuable guidance to our students both on and off the ice.
As a young coach with 18 years of hockey experience, I've grown and developed in coaching roles with various teams. Currently a Bachelors of Education student, I prioritize three principles: technique, mindset, and passion.
Technique focuses on solid fundamentals and playing to strengths. I foster a positive and confident mindset through visualization and self-talk techniques. Passion is crucial for players' development, and I create a supportive environment that nurtures their love for the game.
My goal is to help goaltenders feel comfortable with their technique, develop mental resilience, and strive for greatness with a deep appreciation for hockey.
